The Royal Docks is an area in the London Borough of Newham located on the banks of the River Thames.
The area is named after three docks, the Royal Albert Docks, the Victoria Dock and the King George V dock.

Aside from local bus routes, the area is primarily served by the Docklands Light Railway.
From 2021 it is expected that a branch of the Crossrail line will pass beneath the Royal Docks between Canning Town and Woolwich, serving Custom House station. The Royal Docks is also home to London City Airport which offers easy access to Europe.
